Kill it. Remove it. Stop it coming back.
A normal valet makes mould look gone — and it grows back, because the spores are still in the fabric and the air ducts. Each of our three stages does a job the others cannot, and together they are why we can put a 30-day guarantee on the result.
Kill the live mould
An ozone generator runs inside the sealed car. Ozone reaches every seat seam, vent and gap a cloth never will, killing live mould spores and bacteria through the whole cabin before we touch anything.
Take the mould out
Anti-fungal treatment on every affected surface, high-temperature steam into the fabric, then shampoo and hot-water extraction of seats, carpets and boot. Dashboard, door cards, console, vents and belts wiped down; the headlining treated gently so it is never soaked.
Stop it coming back
An air bomb is released with the air conditioning running, so it travels through the vents and ducting where spores hide and musty smells start. This is the stage that stops regrowth — and why we can guarantee the result.
30-day guarantee: the mould will not come back
If mould returns within 30 days of the 3-stage treatment, we come back and treat it again free of charge.
The one condition: the car must be dry. Mould grows where water gets in — a blocked drain, a door or sunroof seal, a window left open. We show you where the moisture is coming from on the day; if water is still getting in, no clean in the world will keep mould away.
3-Stage Mould Removal
- Kills the spores — ozone, anti-fungal and steam
- Seats, carpets and boot shampooed and extracted
- Air bomb through the vents and air conditioning
- Musty smell gone, not covered up
- 30-day guarantee
Interior Clean only
- Hoovered, shampooed and wiped down
- Looks clean on the day
- Does not kill mould spores
- No ozone or air bomb — the smell can return
- No guarantee — mould usually returns within days
Before we come
- Send us two photos — the worst area and the boot carpet. It tells us how long to allow and whether anything is beyond saving.
- Is it dry inside? If carpets are still wet or water is sitting in a footwell, tell us — that needs drying out first.
- Take out personal items and child seats. Leave the seats in; we treat under and around them.
- We need space to park beside the car and it must be unlocked. We bring our own water and power.
- Plan not to drive for 2 hours afterwards — the air bomb needs time to settle, and the car wants airing with the windows open.
