We discuss your monthly vehicle throughput, the services required (pre-sale prep, delivery, showroom maintenance), and your on-site access. A fixed per-vehicle rate is provided for each service level — no ambiguity at invoice time.

We agree on regular visit days or an on-demand booking process — whichever suits your operation. A dedicated account contact is assigned. Urgent slots for pre-delivery and pre-collection work are always prioritised.

We arrive on site, collect vehicle keys per your process, complete the agreed preparation standard, and return. No water or power supply needed from your premises — we are fully self-contained. A walk-around check is completed before any vehicle is signed off.

Do you work with independent dealers as well as large groups?
Yes — we work with independent used car dealers, franchise dealerships and vehicle preparation businesses of all sizes. Our minimum volume for a trade account is 5 vehicles per month. There is no upper limit.
Can you handle vehicles on a same-day or next-day basis?
For established trade accounts, we maintain priority slots specifically for urgent pre-delivery and pre-collection work. Same-day is often possible in most areas for established customers — call 0800 208 8885 to check availability.
What is included in a standard pre-sale preparation?
Our standard pre-sale package covers a full exterior machine polish, interior deep clean (vacuum, shampoo, leather condition), alloy and tyre decontamination and dress, engine bay clean, window clarity treatment, and a polymer sealant. Additional services such as paint correction, ceramic coating or ozone odour treatment are available as add-ons.
Do you carry out paint correction on trade vehicles?
Yes — single-stage machine polish is included as standard in pre-sale preparation. Multi-stage paint correction (for more significant defects) is available as an add-on and is priced separately per vehicle. This is agreed before the work begins.
How does invoicing work for dealership accounts?
A single consolidated invoice is issued at the end of each calendar month, listing every vehicle prepared, the service carried out, and the per-vehicle rate. We can accommodate purchase order references and match your accounts format if needed.
Are you insured for working on prestige and high-value vehicles?
Yes — we carry £2 million public liability insurance as standard, plus motor trade cover for vehicles in our care. This covers all vehicles regardless of value. Certificates are available on request for compliance records.
