02 — The visitHow it works
Our Process
Every graffiti removal job is different. Our experience and a careful step-by-step approach ensure the best possible outcome for your specific situation.
i
Assessment & Patch Test 20 min
We assess the type of graffiti or overspray, its age and extent. A panel-safe solvent is tested on a small, discreet area first to confirm compatibility with your factory clear coat before full treatment begins.
ii
Solvent Application 30–60 min
The appropriate graffiti solvent is applied to affected areas in controlled amounts, left to dwell and then carefully worked with soft applicators to lift the foreign paint layer without touching the clear coat beneath.
iii
Post-Removal Polish 30–60 min
Once all graffiti is removed, any residual haze or light surface marks are addressed with a light machine polish to restore clarity and depth to the treated panels.
iv
Seal & Final Inspection 20 min
A protective sealant is applied to all treated areas. We inspect every panel with you under good lighting and document the before-and-after condition for your records if required.

05 — FAQCommon questions
Everything we get asked before a first booking.
Can't find your answer? Call 0800 208 8885 — we usually pick up within an hour during opening hours.
Is graffiti removal always successful?
In most cases, yes — especially when the paint is fresh. If the graffiti has been left for an extended period, the solvents in aerosol paints may have begun to etch the clear coat, which can require additional paint correction or, in severe cases, a localised respray.
How quickly should I contact you after vandalism?
As quickly as possible. Fresh graffiti can be removed far more easily than paint that has cured for 48 hours or more. In many cases we can attend the same day. Contact us immediately after discovering the damage.
Can you provide a written report for my insurance claim?
Yes. We can provide a documented report of the damage and the work carried out, including before-and-after photographs, which can be submitted as part of an insurance claim.
Will the solvent damage the original paint?
No, when used correctly. Our solvents are specifically formulated for automotive use and we always patch test on a discreet area before proceeding with full treatment. The goal is to remove only the foreign paint layer.
What about overspray from roadworks or nearby painting?
Yes — overspray from roadworks, construction or property painting is a common reason for this service. The same removal process applies regardless of the source of the spray paint.
Do you also remove spray paint from glass and alloy wheels?
Yes. Spray paint on glass and alloys requires slightly different treatment but is included within this service. We take care to protect rubber seals and tyre sidewalls during wheel treatment.
